HOW VANTAGE WORKS

Vantage is more than a boat club, we are the premier luxury yachting club that provides access to a fleet of amazing watercraft. There are three ways to access the Vantage Fleet:

On-Demand Boat Rental and Yacht Charter

The Vantage On-Demand program is available to Members and Non-Members. This program includes hourly boat rentals, yacht charters and Vantage Voyages. The On-Demand program offers our clientele the ability to choose watercraft and itineraries tailored to their desired experiences. Cruise one time for a few hours or several times throughout the year for weeks at time, there are no long term commitments and the possibilities are endless. Watercraft in the On-Demand program under twenty-five feet need no boating experience to operate, while boats larger than twenty-five feet require a professional crew or VYC Admiral Status.

Membership

Vantage Members enjoy the flexibility of our On-Demand program with priority reservations and special rates. Vantage Voyages and Yacht Vacations are tailored to match each Member's personal needs and exacting requirements. Only VYC Members are granted entry to our exclusive Yacht Card and Yacht Share programs. Individuals, families, corporations, organizations and private boat owners are eligible for Club Membership. Members who enroll their private boat in VYC's Yacht Concierge Service receive unique benefits and gain access to host of services that lighten the burden of individual boat ownership. In addition, they have the ability to utilize the Vantage Fleet to supplement their yachting needs and generate charter revenue on their vessel, turning the asset into a revenue stream.

Admiral Status

VYC Members with Admiral Status are yachting enthusiasts who are trained and insured to operate watercraft in the VYC Fleet that are larger than twenty-five feet. For initial skipper certification, members participate in Vantage On-Helm training along with structured courses and testing. In an ongoing effort to sustain high levels of safety and enjoyment, VYC requires recurrent training to sharpen and improve helmsmanship. Admiral Staus is individually held and is valid perpetually with annual training and participation in the Yacht Card or Yacht Share programs.
